2019-20 Returning Registration

On May 1st, 2019, the annual district-wide online registration will go live for all new and returning Fairview families who are registering students for the 2019-2020 school year. Any returning family that did not receive a snapcode should contact the school office.  ALL STUDENTS must complete this online registration in order to be enrolled.

 Step One (online): Complete the online registration form which includes:

  • Demographic and Contact Information
  • Emergency Medical Information
  • Handbook Agreement and Permissions 

Step Two: Residency Verification NEW for 2019

This year, the district will be using a third party vendor to automatically verify residency information. Families may be required to provide additional documentation should there be any questions.

Step Three (online or in person): Fee Payment/Push Coin Lunch Wallets

  • Access your PushCoin account after (July 1st)
  • Pay any registration fee balance
  • Add lunch money to your PushCoin Wallet if you are planning to purchase school lunch
  • Fees can be paid in cash or check in person in the school office after August 1st during normal business hours.

 Step Four (online or in person): Medical Forms

  • Physicals are due the first day for kindergarten, sixth grade, and new students (with updated immunizations)
  • Vision forms required for kindergarten students
  • Dental forms are required for kindergarten, second grade, and sixth grade students
  • Emergency Medical forms are required for all students
  • Concussion Form is required for all students (online)
  • Athletic Permit is required for all students planning to participate in a sport during the year.
