Chicago Tribune Names Fairview 72 a Winner of the Chicagoland Top Workplace 2023 Award
Skokie, IL - Fairview 72 has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2023 honor by Chicago Tribune Top Workplaces. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage LLC. The confidential survey uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization: including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.

Superintendent Whittaker commented, “This award is so meaningful because it is based on feedback from our teachers, staff and administration. We take the feedback and make adjustments accordingly. It allows our staff to be heard!” Superintendent Whittaker was also recognized individually with the Top Workplace Specialty Award in Leadership for a small organization.
