Returning Student Registration

The annual district-wide online registration went live for all returning Fairview families who are registering students for the 2024-2025 school year. Families received an email containing a direct link for registration and/or a snapcode that you can input on the PowerSchool registration page after signing in.  Any returning family that did not receive the email from PowerSchool containing the link and snapcode should contact the school office. ALL STUDENTS must complete this online registration in order to be enrolled.


Step One (online): Complete the online registration form which includes:

  • Demographic and Contact Information
  • Emergency Medical Information
  • Handbook Agreement and Permissions
  • Residency Verification
    • The district will be using a third-party vendor to automatically verify residency information. Families will be required to upload one residency verification document from each category listed below.
      • Category A
        • Current real estate tax bill
        • Current signed lease & letter of verification from the landlord
        • Current mortgage document or payment book
        • Current residency attestation
        • Current military housing letter
        • Current section 8 letter
      •  Category B - the below items must be dates within 30 days of registering
        • Gas bill
        • Electric bill
        • Water/Sewer bill
        • Cable bill

Step Two (online or in-person): Fee Payment/Push Coin Lunch Wallets

  • Access your PushCoin account after (July 1st)
  • Pay any registration fee balance
  • Add lunch money to your PushCoin Wallet if you are planning to purchase school lunch
  • Fees can be paid in cash or check in person in the school office after August 1st during normal business hours.

Step Three (online or in-person): Medical Forms

  • Physicals are due the first day for kindergarten, sixth grade, and new students (with updated immunizations)
  • Vision forms required for kindergarten students
  • Dental forms are required for kindergarten, second grade, and sixth-grade students
  • Emergency Medical forms are required for all students
  • Concussion Form is required for all students (online)
  • Athletic Permit is required for all students planning to participate in a sport during the year.
